🎮 How to Play
Get Your First Cards
Every champion needs cards to battle! You can get new cards by:
- Minting with ETH: Use a tiny bit of Ethereum (0.0001 ETH)
- Minting with DAPP: Use 20 DAPP tokens if you have them
Understand Your Cards
Every card has:
- Power: How strong it is in battle
- Level (starts at 1): Higher levels = stronger cards
- Experience: Train to level up!
- Special Ability: Cool powers to help you win

Card Types
There are 5 types of cards, each with strengths and weaknesses:
Make Your Cards Stronger
You can improve your cards in two ways:
- Train: Makes your card gain experience and level up
- Boost: Spend a little ETH to make your card more powerful
Challenge Friends to Battle!
Now the real fun begins! Here's how battles work:
- Select 1-3 of your best cards
- Enter your friend's wallet address
- Pay a small battle fee (ETH or DAPP)
- Your friend accepts the challenge with their cards
- The game automatically calculates who wins!
🏆 Becoming a Champion
Leaderboard
The more you win, the higher you climb on the leaderboard! There are three levels:
- Level 1: New players (0-29 points)
- Level 2: Skilled players (30-99 points)
- Level 3: Champions (100+ points)
Rewards
Winning battles earns you rewards! The better you do, the more you can win.

"Card count mismatch" Error
execution reverted: Card count mismatch
What does this mean?
This happens when you try to battle but the number of cards you selected doesn't match your opponent's selection.
When this happens:
- You selected 2 cards but your opponent selected 3
- You selected 1 card but your opponent selected 2
- Any time the card counts don't match exactly
How to fix it:
- Agree with your opponent beforehand how many cards you'll both use
- Double-check your selection before sending a challenge
- Make sure you're using the same number when accepting challenges
Other Common Errors
Means you took too long to accept a battle (must accept within 1 day)
Means you tried to use a card you don't own - check your collection!
Means you need more Ethereum for the battle fee - ask a parent for help

Just like rock-paper-scissors, each card type is strong against some and weak against others. Here's the complete battle chart:

🎉 What Happens After You Accept a Challenge?
The Battle Begins!
When you click "Accept Challenge":
- Your selected cards get locked 🔒 (they can't be used in other battles)
- The game compares card powers automatically ⚡
- Special type advantages are calculated (like Warrior vs Tank)
Battle Resolution
The game decides the winner by:
- Adding up each player's card powers
- Applying type bonuses (like +20% for good matchups)
- Comparing the final totals
Example Battle:

After the Battle
Immediately after the battle ends:
- Winner gets:
✨ Bonus points for the leaderboard
💎 Small reward (if enabled in the game) - All cards: Get unlocked and ready for next battle
- Both players: See the battle results on screen

🔍 Why Don't I See My Battle in the Leaderboard?
Common Reasons
If you accepted a 2-card challenge but don't see changes:
Leaderboard Updates Take Time
The leaderboard doesn't update instantly because:
- Blockchain transactions need ~15-30 seconds to confirm ⏱️
- The page only checks for updates every 2 minutes (to save energy)
The Battle Might Not Be Finished
Check these battle statuses:
= Waiting for opponent
= Shows in leaderboard
Only completed battles count!
Small Changes Might Be Hard to See
After a 2-card battle:
- You only get +1 point for losing/draw
- +3 points for winning (may not change your rank)
- Check your Total Points not just position
Before: 50 points (Rank #12)
After Win: 53 points (Still #12)

Still Not Showing? Try These:
- Refresh the page (F5 or reload button)
- Check your wallet address - Did you use the same account?
- Wait 5 minutes - Sometimes networks are slow
- Ask your opponent if they see the result
How Battles Update Leaderboard
Every completed battle affects:
- Your Wins/Losses count
- Total Points (+1/+3)
- Card experience (hidden until you check cards)
